The time for research on Kuda had come. To know what really made them tick and how to incorporate them into the content plan.
Found out the basics about Kuda. Went to Instagram to check the kind of content they post and it's mostly about savings culture, referring someone to Kuda to open an account and earning your "urgent 2k", interactions with customers, reviews from customers etc
Asked an outsider how they work. Found out they give out "loans without interest", help you save, help you stick with a budget and many more. These were important things that showed Kuda's Unique Selling Point.
So we decided to incorporate all this into the content plan. First step to achieving this was laying out the rough sketch of the content plan. Graphics on social media, newsletters, blog posts, interactive sessions etc were added to the content plan for various days of the week.
Next course of action: more research on all platforms to be able to create the digital marketing plan. We needed more information after all. This was just the beginning.
